Chari sold our property for us in Sep 2018. His communication was excellent and he worked with us to develop a selling strategy. We felt he overestimated the value of the property in the market at the time which led to a quiet opening period, but he worked with us to reassess where we were at and found a buyer in the price range we were after. His communication through this period was excellent and we found him to be a good agent.
