Honestly I can’t thank Charissa enough for her help throughout this purchase. From the first time we spoke over the phone Charissa was honest, upfront and so easy connect with. She is extremely personable, and was genuinely excited for us, which made the experience really special. Our settlement was delayed due to probate, however Charissa stayed on the case doing everything in her power to speed things along . She always kept us really informed and up to date. During the settlement process there was some wild weather on the North Coast. Charissa continued to monitor the property for any potential damage which I felt was just above and beyond! During the settlement process Charissa unfortunately was in a very bad car accident. Even while she was in recovery she managed to give me a call and update me on the settlement. I honestly couldn’t believe she called after being through such a significant event, but this is who she is. Charissa has genuine care for her customers. This sale would have been one of the smaller sales from a value perspective in Charissa’s portfolio, but for me I felt like I was her only customer. We have a number of properties and I can honestly say I have never met a more genuine down to earth and honest realestate agent ever!! Charissa is the best!
