Wow, where does one start! When I was looking for a place 3 years ago, Charl was the agent for that property. I contacted Charl explaining I had to do look at the place and if satisfactory, sign it up all in an hour, as I was heading back overseas. Charl made it happen and we got the deal done under the hour. When it came time to sell I went with Charl. As I'm mostly overseas I needed someone who I could trust to get things done.
