I have never met an agent like Charl, he goes above the standard to provide an excellent service. Sometimes this is hard to see until you experience this with a different real estate agent and can see all the extra work that Charl puts in to. Selling a house is a very stressfull process and Charl was always open with communication and quick to respond. I would recommend Charl and use him again.

Was not looking to buy as I was on a business trip from NZ. I was notified of the property by a friend and contacted Charl who met me there the next day. I looked at the property at 9:30am and had it signed up at Remax office by 10:45am, then Charl dropped me off at the train station for a Brisbane appointment by 11:00am. Charl walked me through the whole process effortlessly and continued till the property was settled by calling me many times with updates in NZ.
