I came into some financial difficulty and needed to sell my house fast and for a good price, and luckily I already worked with Charl previously and knew he was the agent to get the job done. He came over straight away talked me through the options and had it on the market within a few days. He was always around with open inspections and available any time I needed to discuss the sale, and within two weeks a offer was made and for more than I was hoping which was great!!
