My favourite thing about Charlene is her ability to be personal. Telling me about her family life and her own property on the island. It helped me trust her and see her as a person and less as someone just doing their job or just making a sale. She helped me all throughout the process, gave me phone numbers to do soil checks etc. lots of advice and generally a really cool person to communicate and work with. I highly recommend her for everyone
