Despite not selling or buying in the Inner West for a decade we knew who the perfect person was to sell our house. His reputation as the best is well known even if you don;t deal in real estate, and our decision to not even consider anyone but Charles was repaid. From the first moment we met through to the auction, he was extremely professional, with a friendly nature. Having Urbane carry out the building and pest survey, so potential buyers could access was a great strategy, and a time saver for potential buyers and us (only having one inspector visit throughout the whole process was very handy).
