From the outset he was friendly, helpful and informative about real estate options in the town, quickly making time for us to look over the available houses - the fact that he was born and bred in the area gave us confidence in what he was saying about the community. Once we had chosen the house we wished to purchase, and he became the agent acting on behalf of the vendors, he could not have been more courteous, even through the negotiation phase. And on the day we moved in, he quickly came around with some tools to help us open a side gate that was locked and for which there were no keys. He was diligent in opening the property for inspection every weekend for what was approaching a year and the feedback to us as vendors was regular, clear and comprehensive.
