A patient, professional campaign

Not an easy time to sell real estate and ours is a slightly unusual property in a sought after position. As a 'discretionary' purchase it was never likely to attract large numbers of potential buyers. Charles and his team were ever patient and kept us abreast of interest and developments. We were delighted with the promotional materials and impressed by the professionalism of the stylist, photographers and journalist. We are very pleased to have achieved a result in the range we set before the virus hit. It is notable that the eventual purchaser remarked to us that he was impressed with the care, knowledge and enthusiasm shown by both Charles and Alex.
