After being approached by many other local real estate agents, I chose Charles because he had a positive approach to both my property and my needs. All of the other agents were quick to point out the problems with my property devaluing the property and this was annoying. Charles had a completely different approach to all of the other agents and he turned every negative into a positive and also offered the listing price as $355000 when the other agents stated a listing price of $320000. We sold for $25000 over what the other agents were asking to list the property for and this was unheard of. I liked Charles’ non-pushy approach as he was genuine and sincere and had 4 genuine offers around the asking price within weeks of listing ( Open houses were well organised with Charles filling in a form after each open house and indicating the number of people who came through and what they thought of the property. Other agents in his team also left information at the property indicating what their buyers thought and being kept informed made the selling process simple and real as you don’t get lost in the sale but genuinely know what the interested parties think of your property. Matching buyers to the property and having local houses on the market meant this local knowledge gave us a better chance to sell and obtain a good price.
