Martin got in touch with me after I posted on facebook as my previous agent was not up to mark. Although, 5 agents approached me, I found Martin to be the most friendly, pro active and not too pushy like a few other agents. In fact, he was the only person who follow up with me as I did not appoint him until a month later. I gave my previous agent an "extended" month to get my home sold but he failed to deliver. Martin knew his area of expertise very well and gave great advice. Kept me posted from the day the advertisement was posted until my house was sold. Highly recommended.
