Works hard and does what he has to do to get a sale, which was fine with us. All within the rules. He is a friendly easy to get on with person. We ended up buying a unit under strata management, good salesmanship. But he does need to have the accurate strata company details of a property. The form 28 is actually of no use to the buyer. He sold our family home and then we bought our new home from him. That probably says it all.
