Always feel there is a little luck in the purchase or sale of a property. The Royal Commission into the Banks did not help us. One contract fell over. Charles personally opened my house twice a week, gave very quick feedback after each opening, with numbers through, analysis of who might continue to be interested etc. Also had statistical information about properties for sale in my area, prices, etc. Consulted with my Daughter and I about the strategy going forward. I feel he earned his fee.
