From the amazing photographer who showcased our property beautifully, to the stylist who had great ideas on how to present our house maximising it’s key features. Charles has very good knowledge of the local market and was able to target it to key buyers. He found the right buyer at the beginning of the second week on the market, secured a good price for both buyer and ourselves, the whole transaction was very smooth and fast! There was no doubt that we would not select Charles as our agent, we had been watching the market for a couple of years, and he was the agent who seemed to sell the most houses in the area, and very quickly.
