It was great experience working with Charlie, and with his help we bought the house we wanted. Charlie is very accommodating and responsive, he arranged several private viewings just for us, some of those were at very short notice and out of his ordinary work hours, but Charlie made it happen. Charlie also has in depth knowledge of the market, also gave us ideas of what we can do with the house, which is very helpful. Charlie has great manner, very professional, we loved working with him. Would recommend him if anyone needs an agent.
Charlie was on top of every situation and kept us totally in the loop right thru the sale of the apartment .. we entrusted him with the keys as we were not living in it and never had a problem - it was always locked and he never had an accidental alarm activation - we were always notified when he was taking a prospective buyer thru and were always given feedback.
