Charlie helped the reviewer sell this property

EXCELLENT AGENT

Although a huge lost was made on this property Charles in a very short time got the best deal for us in these hard times. As we live out of town nothing was to hard for him arranging cleaners, gardeners and handyman to present our property at its best. He constantly gave us very quick feedback after viewing and opens. His professionalism, attention to detail and excellent communication made this a positive experience. We would highly recommend Charles.
