Finding the purchaser was probably the easiest part of the whole process. Both us (the vendor) and the purchaser had their individual needs and priorities which were further complicated by tax implications, funding issues etc. Charlie managed the whole process,making sure that both sides were kept informed and keeping the process moving forward whenever it looked as if it might bog down.
