Had been to many home opens and had heaps of engagement with various real estate agents, and by far Charlie was most trustworthy and easy to work with. After frequently seeing real estate agents do the bare minimum and rely on a hot property market, it was great to have Charlie who was engaged and hard working.

Their initial presentation and follow up was at a very high standard and instilled confidence they were professional in their approach. They are also very personable and that for us was an important element. They suggested not nominating a price with a closing date for offers which was a little nerve wracking for us but seemed the right option in the market at that time.
