The whole process was stressful and horrible. What was said initially and what had taken place through out the process was not only exhausting, this is something I will never for get. You have to understand where this is all coming from. the property was supposed to have been put up for auction, this process started back in March 2021, the property finally sold on 11/03/22, in a hot selling market, there was so many opportunities to have changed the way he was going about the sale, but at the end of the day he had no idea. The property had to sell for personal reasons, so we had to accept the price on the day, which was not auctioned of but became a negotiation instead, the auctioneer did come on the day! though his services where not needed due to the lack of turn out. You only have to view the home and see for your self that the house is immaculate with a generous block of land, similar homes had sold for between $300,000- well over a $1 million more. I don't recommend this agent to any body.

Charlie and his team went over and beyond to get me the results I wanted. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. Prior to meeting Charlie, I had met other real estate agents who advised me I should spend close to $10,000 to refurnish my home. THey also advised that I should move out of the place and sell it as a vacant property. When I met Charlie, he advised me that I can make a few minor furniture changes, and that I can stay in the property while it is on the market. Not only did he save me money on the refurnishing, but also on the rent cost of me moving out. The icing on the cake is the above market value that he pushed so hard to get for me. I strongly recommend appointing Charlie as your agent because you know he's on your side.
