After our unit had been on the market for awhile, I contacted Charlie. He put together a marketing plan and with his local knowledge and professional advice it wasn't too long before we had several inspections leading to an offer. Charlie handled the negotiations with patients and skill, his knowledge of the current market, what was for sale in our price bracket etc sealed the deal.
