Chauntel, Patrick and Mark really worked hard with us to sell our Brunswick West property. I dealt with Chauntel in relation to an Auction of a property for which I was the successful bidder. Like all agents, Chauntel was obviously focused on getting the best outcome for her buyer, but she was always professional, upfront and forthcoming with information. This was important to me as this was my second purchase and I have very little patience for agents that play games (for example, I will not deal with agents who engage in boardroom auctions or who constantly contradict themselves) - I will just move on to the next property as I become concerned that some later issues may arise due to misrepresentations. This was of course no concern with Chauntel, and I would think of her if anyone asked me for a recommendation in Brunswick West to the surrounding area. Additionally her work ethic was not merely confined to her - the entire agency Considine Real Estate were a polite, responsive and professional (an unfortunate rarity in the current 'boom' atmosphere) and were always working for their vendor by ensuring I was given everything I needed in order to stay motivated and focused on that particular property for auction day.
