Chay did an excellent job selling our property in a fairly challenging market. We were pleased with the effort and communication from Chay the whole way through the process. Living interstate it was important to have good communication around market conditions. Chay was always helpful in this regard. Chay also went the extra mile by not only holding open homes but taking parties through at any time that was requested. Highly recommend.
