We sold at a difficult time (in the current economy in mid-2026!) and despite the market conditions, we can confidently say that Chee-ky and team (Sa Nguyen especially) did their absolute best to help us navigate selling the house. They made the best of a bad situation. We had heard so many mixed reviews of agents in our area so it was a pleasure to meet Chee-ky and from the beginning he was completely authentic and there was no "salesman tactics".
