When we bought our house, our real estate agent Cheena had to put up with a very difficult seller. He was an obnoxious bogan... probably high on garden tools and Bunnings' snags. However Cheena kept her cool and carried on, despite obnoxious behaviour from Lord Bevan of Boganville. It took a long time for us to get our finance organised due to Covid and other fun world events. And Cheena hung in there while we were trying to get ourselves into a chunky amount of debt for the house of our dreams. She was good with advice and acting as a middleman, shielding us from the high bogan. And that chick is hot and her hair was always perfect. Can recommend.

I have dealt with some very good old hands in the realestate game but Cheena happened to cold call me at a moment of being less than satisfied with my regular sources, the market was to blame but that didnt concern Cheena, she wanted a crack. I set the bar beyond what I felt was reasonable because i wasnt placing any stock in Cheena being able to deliver. Then Cheena went on ahead and achieved what i had believed to be unreasonable, i doubted her every step and i communicated that with her.
