When it came to home opens , she marketed well but also had no problems showing potential buyers around privately at times that suited them . The majority of interest in our home came from private home opens that Chelsea had arranged, which I feel makes buyers feel comfortable as they have the place to themselves. The buyers of our home had several exclusive home opens organised at times that suited them , which I’m sure helped in their decision making. Once under offer Chelsea had recommended a settlement agent , they worked well together and the whole process ran smoothly. At no point did Chelsea stop being the professional and friendly real estate agent she was when we first met , her kindness and understanding along with her commitment to her work made us feel like we were the only people she was working for , and at the top of her priority list !
