Right from the Start we found Chelsea to be helpful, well informed of the area and local market. As we were helping elderly parents with this sale the big thing that stood out for us was Chelsea's Compassion and willingness to take the time to make sure that their questions were not only answered but understood. Must say her punctuality you could set your watch by(extremely impressive these days). She assisted/ advised us well through the Negotiation stage of the process and we were happy with the outcome. It is obvious that Chelsea enjoys her job and her professionalism proves this.
