While I had the bare minimum knowledge of the home-buying process, Chelsea always answered all my questions with great enthusiasm, kindness, and expertise. Chelsea also negotiated with sellers on my behalf to see if there were any items the sellers would consider being bought out of, and as a result, I obtained some key furniture/appliances for a great price to get me started in my first home. Chelsea inspired great trust throughout the whole process, and I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
