I have been looking for a property to buy for a few months & found Chelsea to be a very professional real estate agent in all the properties I looked at that she was the agent for. Her knowledge, friendly & engaging attitude made her easy to approach with any questions.

Chelsea was very helpful in gauging what price we should be asking, advice on how best to market the house, including styling. Her communication has been top-notch throughout. Was able to attract the right kind of buyers to ensure a great outcome. Chelsea completed the sale 4-5 weeks after we contacted her.
