Chelsea was really prompt in getting back to us initially, was super friendly and flexible in making appointments with us. We are new to buying so didn't really know what we needed to ask and look for, but she answered all of our questions that we had with regards to the block, provided us with extra information that was helpful to us, and made the process of making an offer very smooth and stress free for us. She kept us up to date as best as possible and has kept in touch with us since then, also offering services for rental appraisal for our current property. Overall she was extremely friendly and helpful and made this stressful process a lot easier for us!
