We called Chelsea as we happened to be in Bogangar and the property took our interest. She was more than happy to meet us on site within 30 mins to show us through. Chelsea's communication during the negotiation stage was very attentive and after we exchanged, she was very helpful in seeking answers to some questions. I think she got a good price for the vendor, but also one that we were comfortable with.
