I'm writing this review as a buyer, not a seller. Both Chelsea and Niki were always polite and courteous, from the first time I viewed the property, to the signing of the offer, to the handing over of the keys. I was impressed with their fast responses to my questions and requests for documentation. There was a large amount of documentation due to nearly development. They appeared to answer questions honestly, with answers such as "'I don't know but I can find out" followed up by "Here's what I discovered" giving me confidence that they weren't inventing answers on the spot. The negotiations were quick and professional. Altogether as pleasant an experience as can be hoped.
