Dear Century 21 Bayside, I am writing to give a huge wrap to Chelsea Sly who sold our family home of 52 years at Beverley Park. From the very outset Chelsea was the epitome of professionalism. After being recommended to us from a trusted contact in the Real Estate industry, we nonetheless did our homework and arranged for a few agents to meet. It was clear from this initial meeting that Chelsea had done the prior research and knew the property and had her finger on the pulse for what was happending in the current housing market. We came armed with plenty of questions and she competently answered each one, giving us the confidence to choose her to represent us in the daunting task of selling a house for the first time. We liked several aspects of her approach that my brother, sister and I appreciated over the weeks that followed, right up to the day of the big Auction: 1. For instance, when the eventual buyers came to measure-up prior to settlement, she insisted on coming to ensure our rights were protected. So, all in all, she came highly recommended and didn't disappoint.
