We purchased a townhouse through Chelsea. After 3 open for inspections and many phone calls and messages, we felt confident that the property was fairly priced and in a great location. Her knowledge of the area, the near neighbours, and the history of properties in the street was very impressive and gave her credibility and believability. She certainly was consistently acting in the vendors best interest whilst encouraging us of the value of the property.
