Cheng was extremely dedicated to selling my home in Morley. He gave me a realistic estimate of the value, which I appreciated. Cheng also provided some good advice on how to present the house, and I was glad that I got it partially staged in the end, I’m sure that helped to get it sold. He’s a good communicator, works had, works long hours and is always accessible. The selling price was close to the advertised price and in line with the market (just wished the market was higher!). Once Cheng did the hard work advertising, negotiating and selling the house, his assistant Jovita took over to arrange the inspections and settlement, and it was also a pleasure working with Jovita. Overall it was a good experience having my home sold by Cheng and his team.
