Cherie was extremely gracious when my parents plans to sell first fell through due to a medical emergency. Cherie was more concerned about their welfare than any loss of business she had. When the time came, after a couple of years, to really sell their house, we were delighted to find Cherie still working at Jas Stephens. My parents are both dyed in the wool Yarravillites so were very pleased to deal with another dyed in the wool local business. Most importantly, Cherie has been a dedicated and caring person. She has smoothed the whole process for my Dad, who is aged 90. Cherie did not fill us with false hopes, she was honest and has great knowledge and understanding of the market. I would happily recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home. Mum and Dad got a great result with the least stress possible when it comes to selling the only home you have ever lived in.
