Cherry and team assisted us in selling our unit in a very professional manner, she helped us to achieve a great result being always honest about our options and giving a fair go to every possible buyer. I would also highlight her positive attitude, always with a nice smile and with great presentation skills. We enjoyed working with her and would certainly reach out for any future transaction.

cherry is a very professional and enthusiastic salesperson, all aspects are done very carefully, we are very relieved to entrust the house to her. Thank you, cherry.
It’s my pleasure and I have no hesitation in giving Cherry a five star rating because she deserves it! Cherry's unwavering dedication and commitment to her role have left an indelible impression on me. Her tireless efforts and round-the-clock availability, even beyond regular working hours, exemplify her remarkable work ethic. Throughout the entire selling process, Cherry and her team kept us in the loop and ensured that we remained well-informed and engaged. Cherry is professional, skillful and approaches every aspect with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. We had tenants in the apartment so it was not easy coordinating property viewings, however Cherry's adept negotiation skills and her ability to foster trust in the tenants proved invaluable, resulting in a harmonious arrangement that facilitated a seamless transition for all parties involved. I can see Richard Matthew being the leader of tomorrow’s real estate market, as it has such strong team members with high potential, they will surely out-shine a lot of other agencies. No doubt we will definitely come back for their services again in the near future. Once again, I extend my sincere appreciation to Cherry and the entire team for their exemplary service.
I never thought I would leave a positive review as a buyer. Me and my husband never had a good experience with real estate agents as buyers before but this time with Cherry, she was absolutely the best. Cherry is very caring and helpful. We'd always love to have her as our agent either buying or selling in the future. We really appreciate all her efforts and hard work. Thank you again!
