Cheryl did a fantastic job in selling my property. She went above and beyond to ensure we found a buyer and continued to monitor progress of the tenant moving out to ensure the property was in suitable condition for the buyer. This was particularly important as I was interstate. Cheryl often educated the buyer too which ensured everyone was on the same page with reasonable expectations.
