Not happy at all

We were lucky with no advertising no board on the front the lawn. Agent had a client already for our place and they were prepared to wait while we found a new place getting out bided 6 times made life difficult. we found it hard with the new rules to have to send the settlement dates of to the conveyancers, repeat all the paperwork we had done sending to people five times, did wonder many times what was going on when the agent really did not have to sell our place and we got hit with the full agents fees. In today's world when the seller has to do a lot of paperwork before putting their property on the market there should be better negations available. Dealing with property interstate is another factor when all parties can not even get the settlement date right and once again it costs the seller.

I understand how stressful it can be dealing with multiple outbid situations while trying to find a new home. In your case, we were fortunate to already have a qualified buyer ready to purchase your property before any advertising or signage was needed, which saved you those additional marketing costs. I also re-negotiated my commission with you to reflect this. While there was still a significant amount of communication and coordination required between buyers, sellers, conveyancers, and other parties throughout the process, some delays and paperwork requirements were unfortunately outside of my control due to current legal and conveyancing procedures. I still carried out inspections and also negotiated with the buyers regarding the roof issues to help keep the transaction moving forward. The one-day settlement delay was caused by an error from your conveyancer and was resolved as quickly as possible. Please know that your satisfaction is important to us, and we value your insights because they help us refine our services for future clients.
