Cheryl helped the reviewer sell this property

An all round wonderful experience

Working with Cheryl Marriott and the team at 1Property Centre in Blackbutt on the sale of our property, was a great experience. Cheryl is professional and knowledgeable of course, but her ability to connect on a very personal level, with sellers and buyers alike, is what makes the difference. We have bought and sold several times in the past, with varied experiences. Cheryl and her team, made this experience one of communication, support and positivity. Cheryl listens to your goals and needs, asks the right questions to gain a full understanding of your situation, is honest and straight forward in her assessment and valuation of the property, and tailors her approach to suit. For us, selling our property was stressful, but with her experience, persistence and feedback, Cheryl took much of that stress away. I would highly recommend Cheryl and her team to anyone, buying or selling, and would not hesitate to enlist her expertise again.
