Even when I first inspected the property, Cheryl was super helpful, providing me with ample information in an easy-to-understand language. At that time, I wasn't even sure if I should put an offer or not but Cheryl still provided me with professional care. Because of that, I could make an informed decision to put in an offer. When my offer was accepted, Cheryl helped me liaise with the vendors. She was flexible with who does the conveyancing, and building and pest inspections. When I injured my leg and could not move well, Cheryl visited me in my current residence to check on how I was going and also arranged a property manager to visit me. When my finance approval wasn't able to get processed in time (due to COVID-19 restricting reasons to leave home), Cheryl was very understanding and patient.
