We first met Cheryl standing outside for an open house, one we weren’t planning to attend but saw driving by, and ended up buying at auction. From the first “hello” Cheryl came across so genuine and she had none of the cliché real estate agent spiels and sales pitch - no need as her expertise and market knowledge stands her well above the rest. Cheryl is a great communicator – intelligent, calm and understanding - and went above and beyond in finding out particular information about the house.
