My unit was presented well and in a top position so it sold quickly once on the market. I am a little disappointed however at the length of time for settlement. Don’t like to compare States,but used to 30 days in Qld from day of signing. This ( difference) could of been pointed out to me so I could have specified a date. Apart from that, I’m am happy with Cherylenes service.👍
