I have bought and now sold a property with Chevonne as my Agent. Chevonne is very professional and knowledgeable and makes the process stress free. I highly recommend her and would be in contact with her again if I need to for a 3rd time. She is an excellent communicator and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. .

My experience of Chevonne was from a buyer’s perspective. Initially I was viewing properties solely from online communication, but as soon as Chevonne realised I was serious in my intentions to purchase a property she would ‘keep me in the loop’. It did not take long before Chevonne became aware of which properties ticked most, if not all my lists of what was essential in a property. Finally there was the property I purchased and Chevonne was in constant communication between me and the sellers, but never aggressive and pushy, but rather she listened to any concerns and reminded me the positives outweighed any concerns. I wish I had Chevonne as my agent when I sold my property. I highly recommend her.
