Contacted us, told us we can get a good price for our proberty if we sell it with the next door seller to the same buyer. A buyer offered, 980 000 for both properties. We agreed to sell as long as we got 50% or 490 000. At settlement day the neighbour got 615 000. We got 490 000. ?????? The neighbour waited for us to agree and then ask for more money from the buyer, after we had an agreement and used that to negotiate for more money. At no stage were we told of any of this going on. If there was no agreement on the sales price for both properties, why keep us in the dark???? Very suss. Why did the negotiation continued without us been told ???? 1.1mill for both properties final sales price. Very poor effort no communication all one sided. Won't get any stars or recommendations from myself. W.Werner.
