So professional and helpful.

I couldn't be happier with the sale process from start to finish. Chinthana in particular was available even on Sundays! They organised preparation of the property for sale - painted, cleaned, new flooring and styling. Money very well spent. They secured a great price for the unit and I will recommend DiJones Wahroonga - and CJ - to anyone looking to sell.

Above & beyond

Cj is so easy and great to deal with. I came to inspect the property at 5.30 pm and he was still willing to wait for my husband to view it at 8pm. We loved the property so much and he worked fast to get us the deal, all sealed in leas that 24hours. We are over the moon and definitely recommend CJ 💯

Outstanding Service – Our Property Sold in Just 12 Days.

We had an exceptional experience working with Chinthana (CJ) Jayasekara as our property agent. From the very beginning, CJ demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and market knowledge that gave us full confidence in his abilities. What truly stood out was the extra time and effort he put into selling our property. All you need

I was referred to CJ after being on the market for almost a year and going through 6 months of inspections for our unit. Unfortunately it did not work out. The agents tried their best but it was not meant to be and at great cost to me. This is where CJ stepped in. I was completely honest with him about our situtation. He based his strategy around this. He worked to save on costs where ever he could. It is safe to say that within a week of communicating with him I knew my interests were his priority. Since then the difference in service was an eye opener. CJ made us 'prepare'. We did an almost mock inspection. He provided tips on what to change, what needs more cleaning, where to add more light, down to the color of bedding to get the most out of the presentations. This is the kind of feedback that I felt was necessary. He started with 'off market' inspections first. And made changes to strategy as the days went by. What I loved was the fact that he is not the sort to sit around. He went looking for buyers. We had planned inspections and then ad-hoc ones. You might think that is a lot of work. It was. But something CJ had picked on day one. He said to me 'Syed please declutter and we will be fine'. That little tip made these ad-hoc inspections easier to manage. You know your agent is working hard when he sends you reminders at 7 am and calls you at 6pm to discuss results etc. If I had ever known that this is the service I would get I would likely have just gone with him. I can recommend Saliba with complete confidence as long as you are going to get CJ and his team. Trust him. Be honest with him and respect his judgement. What you will get in return is an agent that will go above and beyond what is necessary to get you a positive result.

Pro Agent!

I've only had experience dealing with one other agency and that experience had been so horrible that anything would be better. I have to say though that CJ is infinitely better. He (and Ben) really took the time to answer questions and just tried to give us as much information as they possibly could. Even after I've moved, the communication lines were still open and if I needed help CJ is still there making time to iron out issues. In my experience agents usually forget you exist once you've signed much less take the time to help you out if anything arises but I am happy to report that this is not the case with CJ. He goes the extra mile and it is much appreciated. He is a real credit to his agency.
