Chinthana (CJ) helped the reviewer sell this property

CJ has delivered a great result in a declining market and challenging tenancy situation!

CJ has provided excellent service throughout a protracted sales period due to declining market conditions and a challenging tenancy situation. Just when we thought it was time to take a breather CJ came through with the purchaser we had waited 5 months for to arrive. Thanks CJ you have maintained your positivity, patience and persistence to ensure we obtained the best price in a tough market.
