Chiquitta Phillips is a full time professional real estate agent with LJ Hooker Shailer Park and has held her full Real-Estate Licence since December 2012.
Chiquitta attended Groves Christian College located in Kingston QLD and graduated class of 2011. After graduating she wanted to follow her passion of finding people their dream home. Chiquitta’s mother Kathy Phillips is an award winning Real Estate agent and Chiquitta’s mentor.
She continually upgrades her education and knowledge. Being raised from a family of real estate agents she regularly and quickly learns new laws and regulations.
Chiquitta has completed the following training:
• Certificate 5 in Property Services (Real Estate)
• Auction School in Sydney – 26th March 2013
• Auction Idol – 17th April 2014
• Auction Training – 4th April 2013
• Understanding the Auction Process Course – 1st May 2013
At the age of 19 Chiquitta fulfilled her dream of buying her first home, this home was located in Edens Landing.
She has successfully developed a 'service approach' to real estate with a foundation of strong negotiation skills and most importantly, a level of enthusiasm and market knowledge that is second to none.
