She constantly reassured us during the selling process and was regularly in communication with us during the whole process. Her delightful personality and attention to detail was fantastic. Clearly she was acting for the vendor as all agents are but there was no nonsense, her comms were responsive and easy to work with and I'm confident she was working for a mutually beneficial result.
