Great operator

Chloe was easy to deal with, direct and clear. Clearly she was acting for the vendor as all agents are but there was no nonsense, her comms were responsive and easy to work with and I'm confident she was working for a mutually beneficial result. Chloe is clearly a hard worker, getting back to me and progressing things even when things were probably hectic for her: getting the exchange all stitched up from the maternity ward for eg! :)
