My experience and communication with Chloe was excellent. From when we first put the offer on what would become our house, Chloe was clear, professional and polite with her communication. Chloe provided the information we needed to be able to tailor our offer to secure the home, as she was working directly with the seller to get what they wanted. Once it was established that the sellers needs were being met and we were willing and able to meet them (a particularly long settlement period in this instance) Chloe set to work to ensure the contract process was smooth for all parties. I spoke to Karen on one occasion when she called to advise our offer had been accepted, and then the remainder of our communication was with Chloe. Chloe even organised for us to meet with the sellers, who provided us with a run down of who’s who in the street. Overall it was a really lovely experience. Thank you Chloe and Karen.

I found Chloe to be very approachable & knowledgeable on information regarding the background history of the ownership of the unit. Chloe acted on my behalf in obtaining information from the body corporate to satisfy conditions in my contract. She has acted compassionately toward the bereaved tenant in managing my requests for inspections of the unit. I find her a very capable real estate agent.

I dealt mainly with Chloe Peters who was very helpful in showing us around the property remotely and for managing our bid. Being interstate, I was unable to visit the property myself and relied on her support. My concern was when I also agreed to let LJ Hooker let the property for me and the letting agent described the property as "not being at our standard". This was disappointing to me and it felt like the 2 Departments were giving me very different information.
